This was one hell of a time I had with my friends when we all went for a vacation to the Blue Mountains. I always had a craze for natural photography and wanted to try my luck with different natural subjects that gives out a new look to the photo.
The frame a day today will be of this lemon grass I took in dodabatta during last December. I used a super macro lens to get the crispness of the grass and the focus only on that particular leaf.
I walked along the pathway in the dodabetta watch tower and found this beautiful lemon grass swiftly moving with a strong wind and the evening sun shimmering down giving sparkle on the leaves.
When I took a spot to take a photo I didn’t know how to keep a frame and give a good shot rather from an ordinary shot. So I just focused on one leaf and got the sparkle on the leaf’s edges.
I used a setting of film speed ISO 200, focal length 6.3mm, aperture 3.5, and shutter of speed 1/250.
The picture came out really well giving a green touch to the ambience.
