I was walking along the beach in kadapakkam for quiet a long distance and saw the backwaters on the other side of the beach towards the inland and people should reach the other side using ferries such as small row boats and motored boats. The boats were tied up on the beach as it shouldn’t drift away into the water. I saw a nice yellow boat tied on the sand beneath the backwaters and I wanted to take a snap of it.
I went towards it and saw that the beach could also be seen in the far distance and that made me think on how to get a shot focusing on both the boat and the far beach.
The clouds were cloudy as usual to give less lighting, so I had to keep my setting properly and take up a good frame. I stood before the boat and set a frame with the setting aperture f12 and a shutter speed of 1/30th of a sec. the photo came out as expected.
