A shot of this back water island in Kadappakkam was taken during my college days when I went for a trip with my class mates. I took this trip as an opportunity to work on my photography skills and tried my luck with this shot on the back waters and beyond to the sea. The cloud formation and the dead branch on the water was a good subject for this shot.
Eventually using a black and white film gave a good description and feel to this photo.
