The dry light of a leaf

We were cruising at a moderate speed long the hills of the Blue Mountains and suddenly we had a jerk in the car and found the car having trouble to move swiftly and knew it was a puncture. We got down and found even the spare was punctured and not mended. That put a big dent and luckily we were going in two cars and the other car took the two tires to mend the puncture. While we were waiting I saw many dry leaves scattered around the car and many streaks of light through the trees fell on those leaves.

I had this idea of taking a macro shot of those leaves with the sun rays shining on it.

I found the perfect spot with the sun rays falling on it and took a good shot of those dry leaves.

I kept the setting of f4.5 aperture and a shutter speed of 1/125th of a sec.
