Vacation is fun when we all go with our friends; we get to have lots of interesting experience on hand and enjoy our self to the fullest. Lately I had gone to Cochin for a trip with my friends for a small reunion; we decided to take a little cruise along the Cochin harbor in the evening.
We got into a good yacht to take us on a cruise for around 3 hours across the harbor and little into the sea. We had a good and an exploring time inside the cabins and upper deck and tried a hand on the steering wheel. We spotted a good place to relax in the upper deck which was open and we could see the surroundings very easily. The sun was setting on the sea bringing vivid coloring of orange to the sky giving a dramatic sunset.
We saw a couple of dolphins near our yacht diving about the water surface in unison. The rays from the sun split behind a cloud to produce a beam and gave a wonderful idea for a beautiful shot.
So I waited for a perfect blend to the shot and saw another boat cutting across from land to sea. I rested myself on the railings of the yacht and kept still with my camera and made some settings. I used a vivid sunset mode, film speed of ISO 200, focal length of 6.3, an aperture of f3.5 and shutter speed of 1/80.
The photo came out really well giving a classic shot of dramatic expression.
